Aaron was typically a lucky guy. Be it winning the lottery, finding money on the floor or even getting the last slice of pizza at school! It's as if he's blessed with a horseshoe and the 4 leaf clover itself.

It was an average Thursday afternoon and he'd just left his friend's house to meet his family at the pizza parlor because they're celebrating his acing SAT score. During his drive to the pizza parlor, he drifted off to thinking what type of pizza he should get, maybe even what type of drink. The silly thoughts that flowed through his mind just to pass the time of being at a stoplight. The light turned green and he let go of the break and pressed on the gas. As he moved forward, a horn began to honk and he looked to his left to see a truck heading towards him. Instinctively, he held his hands up and screamed.

A loud crash sounded and he was on the ground, but everything was different. It wasn't the intersection he'd been in; everything was cloudy and white, almost a ghost-like atmosphere. It was quiet, it was cold and he was alone. He stood up and looked around in the vast emptiness.

He began to call out, "Hello?" An eerie echo sounded through the clouds.

Then, he could see a dark shape in front of him, getting closer and closer, darker and darker. He got scared and started to turn back, eventually running to escape the black figure. Before he got to a full sprint, the figure was in front of him now. He let out a small squeal of fear and fell onto the ground. The figure was hooded in black and dark flames erupted from the bottom of his cloak. The more identical part of this thing was his scythe. He was at the knees of Death himself.

Death spoke in a voice that made Aaron's skin crawl, "There's no running in this part of the area, Aaron."

"I'm... I'm dead?!" Aaron finally realized.

"Of course you are! Why else would you be in this domain?"

"I-I figured this was just the wreckage's smoke."

"Nay. What you speak of is but here." Death moved his hand over some smoke to Aaron's left and saw a massive wreck of the truck that hit him and his car flipped onto an island in the middle of the street.

The driver of the truck was crying as the police handcuffed him and was screaming 'I'm sorry!' to some direction. To the right he could see his family over a white sheet, crying for their lost son. Aaron couldn't help but shed a tear.

"Now, then," Death removed the scene from view, "The fate of your soul is up to me and only me."

"No, wait, hold on!" Aaron got up, "Why can't we just talk this out?"

"What ever do you mean?" Death sounded a little condescending.

"I mean... I can't die!"

"Of course you can; I allow it and I have made it so."

"But... I've just finished one of the most important things in life!"

"As ironic as this sounds, that's life." Death let out a hollow chuckle.

"Please, let's talk something out; I'll do anything to be back with my family, my friends!"

"Anything, you say?"

"Yes!"

"Interesting..." Death began to ponder as an ancient skeletal hand arose from his robe's sleeve. "I've got a thought in mind, but it will cost you something you may think dearly. What say you?"

"Ok, I'm fine with it!"

"So it is done!" Death slammed his scythe on the ground and the clouds began to dissipate. "However, Aaron," Death began to say as the clouds around them started to swirl, "Next time, you won't be so lucky and I will have a soul to keep." A loud clap of thunder sounded and Aaron could see nothing but a white flash.

"WAH!" Aaron screamed in fear, waking up in shock as if he'd fallen in his dream. He looked around to find himself on a regular bed instead of being in a hospital. He felt around his body, making sure he was still solid. There was no cuts, no bruises. It was him and only him.

He got up and looked around a familiar environment he couldn't put a finger on. He peeked out of his room and saw a small hallway that lead into a living room. He closed the door instead of going out to the new territory before him. He decided that he was too tired to go on an adventure after what he'd been through just now. He sat on his bed and rubbed his eyes. After he yawned and dropped his head again, he found that his legs were different; they weren't the same as they were before.

"Hm?" He grunted in question and reached a hand out to inspect these legs before him. When his hand came into sight, he found also found that his hand was different before.

Worried, he got up and attempted to find a mirror of some sort; anything with a reflection. Eventually, after digging through some drawers, he found a small handheld mirror no bigger than a doorknob, and aimed it at his face. He immediately saw that he didn't even look the same anymore but rather female. With a new face and long, dirty blonde hair, he realized what Death meant by 'costing you something you may think dearly'.

He put the mirror down and just looked down at his body to see any other changes that had happened. Something was bothering him underneath his shirt. Curious, he lifted it up and found that his muscular abs were nothing more than a smooth, effeminate stomach that any average girl would have. He also noticed that he'd gained some particular weight on his hips. As he pulled his shirt down, he could feel his shoulders come down with it. With that, an uncomfortable tugging sensation around his groin made him cringe and make a weird face. He had a feeling that Death's deal had been officially complete. Lastly, to finish off this new change Aaron had received, he could see that his chest was pushing his shirt out to some ways. Eventually, his chest stopped bloating and was the end of his journey.

Anne couldn't help but blush at the fact that she'd just grown a pair of breasts. But, was most definitely shocked that she'd just turned into a girl.

"I suppose it was worth having a second chance, though..." Anne said as she sat herself down on the bed.

Then, that's when it had hit her: she was dead for an 'X' amount of time; she would have lost everything that she'd worked for. Her friends, her family, and herself. She broke down crying knowing that it could have all ended if something hadn't worked out for her in the end. However, her moment of mourning for Aaron was interrupted by a text message that sounded off on her nightstand. She picked it up and read the text message from a 'Sarah', "Hey, I heard what happened in your whole break up with Brian. Why don't you come down to the ice cream shop and we'll make a day of it with all of our friends?"

She smiled and replied, "That sounds awesome! Give me a couple of minutes to get ready."

She put the phone down and wiped her tears away. She couldn't help but smile at the wonderful friends that she owned. She walked over to her drawer and picked out some clothes for the day ahead.

First off, let me say that I've used the whole 'meeting up with Death' scenario because I know there are people who are either Atheists or who may be offended with a God-type scenario. Plus, I figure this approach is a lot more cooler than meeting in Heaven :). Regardless, that's my explanation!

As for the title... If you watch TV, you'll probably get the reference ;). Not only that, but I couldn't really think of anything else. Plus, it fits well with the concept of the story, so, yea :D

That's really all I have to say about the story and explanations and what not! So, enjoy! ^^
